I am a Houston-based emerging instructional designer with a passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging content for diverse learners. Whether designing for eLearning or in-person training, I focus on learner-centered content that meets the needs of the client. My experience as an educator has provided a solid understanding of curriculum design and effective lesson facilitation. In my campus leadership role, I have presented multiple professional development workshops both in-person and virtually.  

I love learning about fitness, nutrition, and holistic health. I'm passionate about mental health awareness and diversity, equity and inclusion. When I’m not creating content, you can find me cheering for my sons at a football or lacrosse game, on a nature walk with my boxer, or trying out a new recipe.
